In the Spring of 2014, James Area, Harker V of the Six Napoleons, started the newsletter, Baker Street in Baltimore, in an attempt to reach out to more Napoleons. When Jim passed away on March 1, 2016, Greg Ruby took over the reigns and shortly later he became Commissionaire XXXIII. The newsletter remained in some form until December of 2021. We are hoping for the return of Baker Street in Baltimore in the near future as we look for a new editor.
